grounding your anxiety

If you’ve been wanting a technique to feel relaxed and calm, this simple grounding exercise:
✨ Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose.
✨ Feel your feet on the floor and visualize roots gently reaching down into the earth
✨ Let the earth anchor you
✨ Now release anxiety, negative energy and thoughts down the roots

Do this for 10 minutes or until you feel calmer.
