How Negative Thinking Affects Energy Flow

Your thoughts are energy. Every time you think, you’re sending out a vibration that moves through your whole energy field. When your thoughts are kind or grounded, your energy expands and flows. But when you slip into fear, doubt, or self-criticism, that flow starts to tighten.

You can actually feel it. Maybe it shows up as tension in your chest, a knot in your stomach, or a heaviness that seems to slow everything down. Over time, those thoughts can start to block the natural movement of energy through your chakras.

Constant worry can overstimulate the solar plexus, leaving you anxious or restless. Self-doubt can close the throat, making it harder to speak up. And unkind self-talk can dim the heart, making it tough to fully give or receive love.

It’s not about never having negative thoughts - we all do. What matters is noticing when your energy starts to contract, taking a breath, and bringing yourself back to the present moment.  

Because that’s how healing really happens, through awareness and compassion.
