Where do our pets go when they die?

If you’ve ever lost a beloved pet, I don’t have to tell you how deep that grief can go. Their love is so pure with no conditions and no judgment. And when they leave, it can feel like a part of your heart is missing.

People often ask me: Do our pets have souls?

Many wonder: What happens to our pets after they die?

Is there such a thing as a pet afterlife?

Through my work as an intuitive, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with so many animals in spirit. And what I’ve come to believe, 100% is that our pets don’t really leave us.

So… where do they go?

I believe their soul leaves their body and is often meet by a spirit guide, other animals they’ve known, and people they’ve shared a deep bond with. They feel calm, peaceful and a lot of love.

Some animals cross over quickly. Others stick around for a while to be near you, and to comfort you. Especially if the bond was deep (and let’s be honest, it usually is)

And yes, they absolutely visit!

Over the years, I’ve connected with animals in spirit and shared their messages with the people grieving them.

Sometimes they send signs - a bird, a butterfly, or something magical that shows up right when you’re thinking of them.

Or maybe you catch them out of the corner of your eye. You might hear their tags, smell their fur, or feel a familiar little weight next to you on the bed.

Their messages are usually simple but powerful:

I love you. I’m okay. I’m still here.

And some do come back. Not always in the same body, but as another animal, or even as a spirit guide who stays close to you. Every soul’s journey is different.

But what I know for sure is this: the bond between you and your pet doesn’t finish when their body is gone. Love like that doesn’t end. It just shifts form.

So, if you're missing your beloved four-legged being right now, please know - your love is still reaching them. It always has.

And if you slow down, take a breath, and open your heart, you might just feel them loving you right back.

They're not gone.

They’ve just changed form.

And that love? It never dies.
