If you haven't already done so, please notify me by email if you would like a phone appointment or an in-person reading at Gunilla Skin Butik. It's also helpful if you can let me know when you would like to schedule your session and include a good day and time(s), plus one additional option. I have found this to save a lot of back and forth.

Please include in your email the type of reading you would like and if there are any specific areas you would like to focus on. If you don't know what type of reading you would like, we can figure it out at the beginning of our session.

For phone sessions, I will call you at the appointment time. Please provide the number where you would like to be reached. I recommend using a land line and finding a quiet place where you can relax and focus on the session.

Phone Session Info:

To confirm our session, please purchase the reading before the time of our appointment. Due to my heavy schedule, I cannot officially hold your appointment until the reading has been purchased.

On my website there are links for each reading where you can pay by Paypal account or credit/debit card. For credit/debit card, click on Don't have a Paypal account button.

Preparing for your session:

Five minutes before the session, I recommend taking a moment to clear your mind and relax.

The reading is one hour so it's good to have a comfortable chair. Please keep your feet on the ground as it allows for a good flow of energy. It's great if you have access to a speaker phone, or if you have a headset to free up your hands. We will cover a lot so you might want to have a notepad and pen handy to take notes.
