Loving Deeply

I have many people who come to me and say they have trouble finding a deep, meaningful relationship.

When I look at the energy, I often find that they've put up barriers and there is fear around being vulnerable.

It's natural to want to protect yourself from being hurt, rejected or getting involved with the wrong person. Because of this, you tend to keep feelings at a surface level and keep your true self protected behind defensive mechanisms and personal narratives.

To reveal your true self to someone is an act of deep, spiritual love and trust. It's the act of loving deeply!

While loving deeply can lead to grief and despair – particularly around loss, it makes you more empathetic, compassionate and above all – human.

Loving someone deeply means that you recognize that you are the same at the core. Only surface things are different. You share a common bond and celebrate your differences.

Loving deeply is a way of being in the world and as long as you are aligned and connected with your higher self, you will attract someone on a complementary path.
